Exchanges are available for Store Credit Only.

Items purchased are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery.

All SALE items are FINAL.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.




Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:


Tops, Bottoms & Dresses/Jumpsuits:

Please be careful of makeup, perfume or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted as an eligible return.

Swimwear, Bodysuits & Lingerie:

For sanitary reasons- Swimwear, Bodysuits and Lounge & Lingerie may not be returned. No exceptions.


To complete your return exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us within 7 business days of your delivery at:, specify the order #, item(s) and original email with name used when placing your order.

We will provide you with an address to return the item(s). The item(s) must be returned with the original tags and packaging to the return address provided. We do not provide return shipping labels. You will need to mail from your preferred shipping method and email us your tracking number/info for the returned item.

We will issue a size exchange or store credit if the item is unworn and meets our requirements. Once received, it may take up to 10 business days to process your return. We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our shipping portal.

Please note, returns may take up to 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email with your store credit.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Fragrance & candles, swimwear and lingerie cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
